ABOUT

I’m Aleksandra: a yoga teacher, a psychologist, a psychotherapist and a woman obsessed with health, wellness and self-development.

I love getting curious about who I am, what I'm capable of and how I can reach my full potential. I believe we are all on a unique journey and part of that journey is all about discovering who we are, how we can help others and make the world a better place. All while having fun, connecting with the people around us and finding joy and love in the everyday things.

I started my yoga journey many years ago. Initially I attended classes for my physical health, then discovered meditation as a way of soothing my mental health. The more deeply I delved into yoga and all its many ancient practices, the more I fell in love with it. So, I decided that I wanted to help more people experience the wonderful, life changing benefits of yoga and spiritually that I had experienced and embarked on my 500 Hours Yoga Teacher Training, studying in the Indian Ashram, Govardhan Eco-Village (lead by the wonderful teachers).

I am passionate about radical self-love. I believe that until we learn to love and accept ourselves (our dark and our light), we're fighting a battle every day to be truly happy and content, because we keep looking for things outside of us to make us feel whole. Annoyingly, it really is an inside job. Everything stems from loving ourselves. I am committed to keep learning how to love myself more and sharing with others what I have learnt along the way.

My own journey has been one of transformation. From low confidence, self-worth, anxiety, depression and self-destructive behaviors, I have learnt - through yoga, the tools, practices, ancient wisdom and positive daily habits - how to embrace the good days and get through the bad days. When we enjoy all of life by living in the moment and celebrating our existence, we realize that being alive in this human form is a blessing and a miracle.
